Step 1
Tips: For sweetened cream, add 1 tsp icing sugar or vanilla sugar per 200g cream then proceed with recipe. Take care not to over whip, keep watch through the hole in the lid, you may or may not need the full 90 sec.
Step 2
Insert the butterfly attachment into the Thermocook bowl.
Step 3
Then, add 200-600g of cream to the bowl.
Step 4
Whip the cream for 90 sec / speed 3, while opening lid cap. It's important to watch carefully to avoid over-whipping the cream.
Step 5
Once the desired consistency is achieved, remove the Butterfly attachment. Serve the whipped cream as desired.
